Quality of education is deproving in terms reading and writing among the young generation and it will continue, if not taken the necessary steps. The main factor that lead to that is high student teacher ratio, shortage of references and teaching aids, weak co-ordination among teachers and communities, improper implementation of new curriculum, and many morre.
Among these, I want to focuse mainly on the implementation (infuse) of new curriculum and its weaknessess. For instance, recently new curriculum for English, Dzongkha and Mathematics was developed. Instead of using/implementing from beginning (PP), it begun from Class X and the gradually going down to PP. How can you expect a person to eat "eamdatsi" who hasn't teasted once, and then say, "Wow, it is so delicious".
Similar situation is happining in our curruculum knowing or unknowingly.
